These 4 Colorado Tech Companies Raised $21.3M in Funding in March

The month’s four biggest funding rounds in Colorado gained a combined total of $21.3 million. At the top of the list is QRails with an $8 million Series A. Read on for details on the state’s largest venture capital fundings in March.

 

#4. $2 million, March 18

Its app security software lets engineers identify and fix security issues while still in development. This new funding brought its total capital raised to $4.6 million. It’ll put the money toward hiring and further product development.

 

#3. $3.6 million, March 24

Its platform helps to automate parts of the clinical testing process. CU Healthcare Innovation Fund led the Series A round. It also partnered with BioIntelliSense to offer remote patient monitoring.

 

#2. $7.2 million, March 26

Its platform gives e-commerce and retail companies aggregated data and analytics. Jonathan Ehrlich at Foundation Capital led the funding round. It plans to now hire for some open positions and add some new features to the platform.

 

#1. $8 million, March 3

The fintech company’s open API platform helps financial service businesses process payments more efficiently. EFM Asset Management led the Series A round. With current offices in Denver and London, it plans to expand next to Sydney, Australia.
