JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for stakeholders' communication, new and existing product validation, lead Employee field Trials of a new product launch or code deployment, support of Accessibility customers related issues, deployment validation, Research and analyze operational activities, maintenance of JIRA Kanban and dashboards, executive reporting, creation of internal department documentation, DPS internal process flow development, and other Digital Platforms technologies. Actively pursue continued improvement of all Digital Platforms Support processes, systems, and communication in order to increase team effectiveness. Passionate commitment to ship quickly and the ability to overcome technical issues in a cooperative environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Identifies and implements product experience best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot moderate to complex platform quality issues.
Leads and assists software development teams on critical issues impacting customer experience and collaborate with these teams on resolving the issues and communicating with stakeholders.
Works closely with all teams to troubleshoot and investigate moderately complex software integration problems in production, stage, and test environments.
Leads coordination with Stakeholders and engineers on high priority customer related issues, code deployments, Spec Nav deployments and Known issues.
Leads and assists in monitoring and troubleshooting moderately complex Traditional Video, IP Video, and other Digital Platforms technologies quality issues.
Evaluates and revise existing DPS processes, systems, and communication documentation.
Define and maintain engineering playbooks to ensure troubleshooting steps and workflows are up to date.
Develops, modifies, enhances, and implements designs, and execute project deliverables.
Responsible for onboarding of product support, Chalk documentation structure, Jira project maintenance (including expansion and automation), email communication structures, creation of internal department documentation, Research and analyze operational activities and DPS internal process flow development.
Diagnoses complex issues and evaluates, recommends, and executes the best resolution.
Contributes ideas to improve Charter's digital products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrated mastery foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO Design
- Demonstrated mastery of end-to-end software and related development technologies
- Demonstrated mastery and understanding of best practices in cloud-based platforms & services
- Demonstrated mastery knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated mastery and understanding of version control systems with code repositories (Git and Atlassian Suite)
- Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience with query languages (SQL, HQL, MySql, Splunk, etc) - 5+
Software development experience (Java, C#, Objective-C, Swift) - 4-5
Web services development experience (REST, JSON, XML) - 3-5
In-depth experience with programming languages

The pay for this position has a salary range of $88,200.00 to $156,600.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
