About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales professional who is excited to join a fast-paced company with tremendous market potential. We are looking for someone that loves a challenge and can start contributing on day one. The right candidate will create and cultivate a pool of leads, and work these to close as many accounts as possible within the known addressable market of ~10,000+ U.S. orthodontic practices. Sales of OrthoFi requires a deep understanding of our product, and aptitude to understand and articulate how it fits financially and operationally into the success of the average Orthodontic business.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drives top-line profitable sales against specific budget growth expectations within assigned accounts
  • Demonstrated mastery interacting with customer key players at all levels inclusive of Executive and C - Level to advance the sale to a point of close as well as demonstrated teamwork skills transitioning new customer to account management team
  • Perform both outbound and inbound selling engagements with assigned accounts
  • Implement Strategic Selling sales approach to understand issues that impact customers and proactively create sales strategy to address customer needs
  • Responsible for forecasting monthly sales
  • Conducts selling presentations in both traditional and innovative ways that lead to successful and profitable customer relationships
  • Originates sales plans that result in attainment of established revenue goals, establish relationships with new customers
  • Contributes to internal marketing, product and other functional teams as an advisor on customer expectations
  • May identify service opportunities and programs required to grow these key accounts and ensure these are being communicated to the appropriate internal team members
  • Complies with company and departmental policies and with administrative requirements such as monthly T&E reporting
  • Build account team relationship with the customer onboarding and account management team
  • Responsible for maintaining CRM details

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required


Certifications/Licensing

  • Valid driver's license is required


What we're looking for...

  • 3-10+ years demonstrated successful business to business territory management and recent outbound B2B sales history (candidates with 5+ years of recent, relevant experience would qualify for a Sr. Sales Consultant position)
  • Capable of working independently
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Must display interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees and others in a professional and tactful manner

  • Organizes and conducts meetings and product selling sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand

Compensation: Compensation varies between $60K - $100K (plus commission) depending on factors such as related skills and years of experience
