This role will be located in Denver (other locations will be considered depending on the candidate) and will help facilitate HR needs, with a focus on Talent Acquisition. You’ll partner with hiring managers, review applicants, conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, make offers, and assist with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, diplomatic, and have a knack for assessing candidate fit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule phone screens, meetings, virtual and in-person interviews, and travel arrangements for candidates and interview teams located in multiple time zones
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify the needs of each role and make aligned hires
  • Contribute to all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including posting positions, reviewing applications, conducting screening calls, facilitating knowledge shares with interview panelists, and sending offer letters
  • Execute applicant sourcing plans
  • Help collect and analyze data for talent acquisition metrics reports
  • Fulfill administrative duties in talent acquisition and human resources
  • Record notes throughout interview processes
  • Attend and participate in team and national staff meetings
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably administration, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Strong phone and email skills
  • Demonstrated detail-orientation and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Ability to multitask (e.g. take notes while maintaining focus on an interview) and respond with urgency to time-sensitive requests
  • Customer service orientation with a high level of tact and diplomacy
