Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Englewood, Colorado location. In this role, you will be involved in qualifying leads from online sources and developing incremental revenue using Arrow's online ordering systems. Applicants must have a customer-centric focus, be detail oriented, and have a hunter mentality.
The ideal candidate would also be very familiar with the product quoting and supply chain and forecasting process. Distribution business experience preferred. This candidate will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help win business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting compensation plan
This job profile requires the assignment of and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) potential for this position is $68,750.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
- Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales
- Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
- Create net new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant
- Document and manage customer activity in Salesforce
- Achieve monthly incremental sales quotas, using Arrow's online ordering systems
- Responsible for sales excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Hunter mentality and 3-5 years of direct sales experience
- Documented experience making outbound sales calls required
- Goal driven, with the ability to close sales
- Strong customer support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce (preferred) or other and Sales-related software
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities
- Effective organizational and time management skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$26.01 - $36.36
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
