As a Web Optimization Manager in Xactly's growing Denver office, you will oversee the conception, UX, design, development, deployment, and tracking of current and new web pages for our online presence—creating a personalized and impactful experience, for desktop and mobile. This crucial role will drive traffic and increase conversions to our website. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day website programs for xactlycorp.com including designing new pages, updating content, and web optimization activities
Use analytics and testing best practices to modify and optimize the site to continuously improve site conversion and lead generation
Improve goal completion rates such as, forms submitted
Deliver analysis on the impact of website feature enhancements and A/B testing
Within the Wordpress environment, break down Photoshop design files into working pages, plugins, and themes
Implement A/B testing on key pages to support CRO
Support the development of digital marketing programs
Perform continual maintenance checks to ensure optimal site performance, including links, database, and other key functions
Ensures all tracking (Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.) is in place for tracking marketing campaigns
Measure and optimize web experience

Required Skills:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a web design and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Solid understanding of WordPress standards and responsive mobile development
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
Experience using Google Analytics, HotJar, and other A/B testing software
Strong project management, problem-solving, & analytical thinking skills
