We are looking for a seasoned Financial & Operations mastermind who will provide financial, strategic, and operational leadership for TapInfluence. You have a proven ability to partner with senior executives, strategic customers and partners, and the CEO / Board of Directors to build an operationally excellent, fast-growth company backed by aggressive private and venture investors. In the short-term, your success will be measured in an ability to help define and collaboratively implement essential processes across the business that will enable greater efficiencies as we grow; mid-term it’s about leading a robust finance and accounting team; dialing in processes to capture, monitor and act on business metrics; and long-term, you will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to support the company’s fundraising and corporate development objectives.


Responsible for all financial and fiscal management of the company’s operations. In this role, the person will provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of our well funded, fast-growth, scaling SaaS start-up.


The ideal candidate is collaborative, reliable, and innovative with strong business instincts.


Qualifications:



  • 10 years of experience in senior-level finance position

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution

  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management

  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP

  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems

  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations

  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections

  • Recent experience in fund raising required

  • Business development experience required

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Masters Degree in Finance

  • Current CPA

  • Bonus: previous start-up and scale-up experience
