BiggerPockets, the leading real estate investing platform online (275k members, 800k monthly uniques), is seeking a proven and talented UI/UX designer to join our rapidly growing team to help us create and improve the ideal user experience for our website, mobile app(s) and various product lines. We're looking for someone with amazing ideas, creativity, and the skills to bring those to fruition.

We're seeking a talented, detail-oriented candidate with a mind for both creative and analytical processes. This position requires experience in the conceptualization and design of strategically targeted materials that promote new customer acquisition, sales conversion and a user-focused experience.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging in brainstorm sessions to come up with design and application specs
- Wireframing and prototyping skills
- Working with our project team to help spec/design new products/services
- Mobile app design (iOS, Android)
- Update site design to include responsive/reactive versions
- Work with sales and conversion teams to build effective landing pages and improve through constant A/B testing
- Work with our marketing team to build collateral for online (banner ads) and offline marketing (t-shirts and swag)
- Design eBook covers for our publishing division
- Improve and adapt opt-in forms, thank you pages, email templates
- Design the weekly newsletter, social media collateral and other media
- Experience building mobile applications

Skills:
- Experience designing new consumer-facing tools and applications
- Expertise with standard UI practices
- Strong design skills, including expertise with Adobe CS Suite, Omnigraffle and other similar wireframing tools
- Experience with building wireframes, interaction flows and multi-resolution design
- HTML5, CSS3 and JS Experience is a MAJOR plus!
- Expertise with layouts, typography, color, photo editing and image manipulation / creation

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in design or other related and relevant fields
- 3+ years of web, mobile (iOS/Android) and digital interactive design experience
