VictorOps is looking for a UI Designer to create and deliver delightful web and mobile product experiences that enrich and improve the lives of Developers and Engineers. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to create low to high fidelity wireframes, deliver lightweight design specifications, and help solve complex design and interaction problems.

• Strong portfolio of work that showcases not only your visual design aesthetic, but demonstrates the thought process behind every design decision.
• Sub-pixel attention to detail; No detail is too small or insignificant
• An ability to clearly present and debate your work within the product team and appreciate the role of criticism in the design process.
• An ability to think in scalable systems, not one-off solutions.
• An ability quickly produce sketches, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and production ready assets.
• Advanced skills in vector based design tools such as Illustrator or Sketch.
• Working knowledge of how compositions translate to HTML, JavaScript and CSS used to deliver feasible designs.
• Experience with prototyping tools, such InVision or Marvel.
• An appreciation of the differences between responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with Android’s Material Design and the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

• Experience with user research and testing methodologies to define and validate ideas.
• A familiarity with motion tools such as Atom, Principle or Framer.
• Experience building and implementing visual style systems and pattern libraries.
• Basic HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge.
