We rapidly grew beyond the size of our initial office and continue to add highly skilled and dedicated employees to the Fort Collins team. Over the past 2 years we've, on average, hired new a employee every three weeks. Our Fort Collins office houses many of our most senior and technical software teams..

Xpanxion is looking for a Test Architect to join our team

Job Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and verbal communication skills as they will oversee a wide range of software projects.
• This position requires an advanced level of knowledge in Java of .NET stacks.
• Candidate must have strong multi-tasking skills as they will manage a wide array of tech resources (software developers, testers, and IT analysts).

Requirements can vary but may include:

• A very senior and strong software developer in either C# or Java.
• Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and architecture
• Full and in-depth knowledge of SDLC
• Experience with Continuous Integration and/or Continuous Deployment
• Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development preferred
• Experience and exposure to database, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
• Experience with automation frameworks such as selenium, cucumber, CodedUI or others preferred, but can be trained.
• Strong presentation and poise for internal and external communication along with a business savvy mentality
• Eagerness to mentor and train more junior resources ranging from entry level software testers to senior software developers utilizing hands on methodologies.
• A leader that has the ability to strategically balance a broad range of tasks and priorities
