Territory Manager

We are looking for a Territory Manager who will generate new business opportunities by providing demonstrations of the Apto solution to new prospects and following a proven sales process to produce new business. Additionally, Territory Managers at Apto lead the sales team for their designated territory, design team strategy, and provide personnel management and coaching for team members.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and Senior Brokers to understand more about their business/processes while aligning our solution to the needs discovered
- Conduct demonstrations of the Apto solution for qualified prospects
- Build and manage a 3X pipeline of qualified prospects
- Leverage Salesforce.com to manage the sales cycle along with all activity, communication conducted with clients
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Team management and strategy development
What you need to apply:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience including experience selling Software as a Service
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in a startup SaaS environment
- Successful track record of managing a sales process and meeting/exceeding revenue expectations
It would be nice if you had:
- Salesforce or CRM Experience
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Experience leading a team of junior sales representatives
