Code Talent is growing our internal team! We are looking to add a Technical Talent Agent, aka Technical Recruiter, to our headquarters in RiNo (Denver, CO). We are looking for a dynamic individual interested in taking their recruiting career to new heights by working with the best companies in Colorado. Code Talent was founded in 2012 and has steadily grown by providing top technical talent to the best organizations in town while investing heavily in support of the technology community.
Code is a collaborative and high-energy environment where performance is rewarded aggressively with compensation and responsibility. We seek smart, autonomous, go-getters that love to compete, innovate, and be the best at what they do. We value communication, diversity, and honesty. Our team includes Techstars founder alumni, college athletes, a former schoolteacher, and a civil engineer, among others.
As a company, we believe in deep community involvement, hosting 10+ meetups a month at our office in Rino and also providing significant support for Denver Startup Week on an annual basis. We heavily value the relationships we create, and these relationships allow us to provide the most exciting opportunities to top-notch engineers, designers, data scientists, product managers, and executives.
