Technical Support Agent - Tier 1

CommercialTribe is a social learning platform that enables sales reps to teach and learn from one another. Headquartered in Denver, we’re a proven start-up that has passed the initial product development phase. We’re currently working with several brand-name enterprise customers that have validated our market opportunity. Now we’re beginning to scale.

We’re looking for a technical support agent to support our clients and users. This role will support internal/external customers using our web application during regular and evening hours, with some weekend/late hours as needed.

As a member of the Help Desk team, you will deliver quality technical assistance and customer support by being a single point of contact to report, diagnose, and solve problems reported by customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting 1st level support and troubleshooting user issues to resolution
  • Working with QA, Development, and Operations for proper investigation, escalation, resolution, and follow up with users
  • Quickly learn new products and features and being able to train users as well as diagnose issues
  • Control issue tracking with CRM applications (Desk.com, Zendesk, Siebel/Oracle, Front Range, etc.)

  • Effective organization, communication, analytical, and time management skills
  • High attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong dedication to quality customer service
  • Able to handle high volume workload in a fast paced environment
  • Dedicated to self-motivation, commitment and integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Minimum 1+ years support or help desk experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
