 In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to join our Core Business Services team. The Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for working within Greystone’s procurement team to manage the more tactical aspects of the purchasing process at Greystone.  This role will be located in our newly renovated Denver office. 

Additional responsibilities include the following: 

  • Researching, documenting, and creating hardware and software quotes for our customers or for internal needs
  • Managing the order lifecycle from the initial order, to shipping and receiving, to delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Building relationships with our vendor partners and suppliers, and working to fully understand all offerings
  • Working within Greystone’s ticketing system to track order progress and provide frequent unsolicited status updates to customers
  • Working with the procurement team to meet or exceed organizational procurement goals and strategic objectives
  • Becoming a friendly, prompt, and reliable resource for procurement within the organization
  • Being physically present and available in the office environment to field questions and work collaboratively with the organization’s technical service providers

Preferred technical skills include experience with the following: 

  • Knowledge of IT equipment and software to include the components of servers, workstations, network devices
  • CompTia A+ or IT helpdesk experience preferred
  • Experience working in a professional office environment, and communicating across all levels of an organization
  • Experience working on multiple projects in a deadline oriented environment preferred
  • Ability to focus in an environment where interruptions are part of daily life and priorities frequently shift
