Your focus will be driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with Datasource firm Partners, Engagement Managers, and Practice Leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continually seek new sourcing options
• Implement creative methods to find qualified IT candidates and maintain a strong active candidate list
• Contact potential candidates and conduct phone interviews
• Write and post job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
• Answer incoming calls and assist candidates through online application process
• Schedule drug screenings and order background checks
• Enter new employees into applicant tracking system
• Perform resume reformatting and branding
• Assist with on boarding new employees

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing technical talent required
• Experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse niche preferred
• Ability to execute sourcing and recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of company personnel and outside contacts
• Good organizational skills and detail orientation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influence/negotiation skills
• Ability to demonstrate consistent customer service and effectively communicate and collaborate
• Able to use company data system to perform job duties
• CRM and/or ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
