Description

NextHealth Technologies is seeking a .Net Technical Lead to design, develop, test and implement our high quality, scalable and extendable platform. They must have extensive experience in building large-scale and distributed software systems with leadership qualities.

Duties:
  • Design, develop, test and deploy SaaS product adhering to functional and product requirements
  • Build large-scale and distributed software systems
  •  Design and build end-to-end continuous delivery pipelines, including designing pipelines for infrastructure code and pipeline-integrated metrics and monitoring (observability) practices and infrastructure
  • Lead and guide the team of globally located senior engineers to develop and deploy the software product in the NHT’s cloud platform
  •  Contribute to customer engagement requirements and agile development practices such as backlog grooming, iteration planning, estimation and prioritization
  • Deploy and manage virtualized and containerized workloads in development through production (Docker)
  • Infrastructure as code/provisioning tools like Docker, Chef, Puppet
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Architecture principles and specific tooling and approaches to support high-availability architectures
  • Extensive experience in scripting languages (C#, Web API, ASP.NET, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Worked with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Couch DB, if not a strong object-relational mapper experience
  • Administration of application and web servers and servlet containers such a Microsoft (IIS)
  • Working knowledge of agile development methodology
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge about healthcare policies and compliances such as HIPAA and HITECH is a plus

Required:

  • 8+ years of relevant software development experience
  • 10+ years in technical lead level responsibilities (projects, architect products)
  • 5+ years .Net experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related experience
