The Red Canary Technical Account Management team is chartered to improve our customers' security operations. As a combination of account management, security development, and sales engineering, our team is the voice of our prospects and customers back to Red Canary. We deliver solutions that integrate Red Canary with our customers' security and IT tools, develop custom reports and analysis, and offer guidance on how our customers can improve their security.
Why You Matter
From the first interaction with a prospective customer through pre-sales meetings, demonstrations and follow up technical discussions, through on-boarding and into production, you are the primary technical point-of-contact for the customer. You'll understand the customer's security posture, technical capabilities, as well as their operational and information needs. You are ultimately responsible for acting as the customer's advocate within Red Canary and delivering on our promise of improved security.
You will work directly with the Red Canary sales, engineering and security operations teams.
REQUIREMENTSWho You Are
You are an experienced security professional who:
- understands the fundamentals of applied computer security and incident response practices.
- has experience with or the capacity to master Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) products.
- has outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- understands enterprise technology and security operations.
- is as comfortable building reports in Excel as you are writing custom tools in Python.
All positions are based out of Denver, CO but are remote optional.
