Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies through utilizing best practice initiatives and tactics to source, identify, attract and hire talent into the organization. This role requires a high level of flexibility and attention to detail.  This individual will report to the Human Resources Manager and will work closely with all sides of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Screen, select, interview and evaluate potential candidates to join AUTOPAY’s dynamic team
  • Identify alternative recruitment methods such as online recruitment methods, job fairs, professional organizations, technical programs and universities to target highly skilled individuals
  • Support internal business partners in the employment offer process, including compiling offer packet materials
  • Manage the pre-employment check process, including conducting reference interviews and submitting background checks
  • Create, implement and maintain sourcing plans to include social media, relationships with appropriate agencies and educational organizations
  • Build and maintain temporary and contract agency negotiations, relationships and scheduling
  • Write, place, and maintain compelling job postings to communicate our unique and engaging work culture
  • Ensure up-to-date recruitment metrics are maintained and communicated to key team members on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files in the company’s applicant tracking system
  • Participate in other human resource functions and related projects

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications or business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year of recruiting experience
  • Minimum of one year of demonstrated experience with recruiting systems
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative through individual research and drive
  • Ability to use good judgment and execute deliberately
  • Timely follow-through & follow-up required
  • Must have the ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion required
  • Ability to collaborate and work well as one team with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, show adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues objectively
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Professional who exercises sound judgment and diplomacy
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; willingness to pitch in to help the team
