Strategic Sourcing Contracts Administrator (Global)
Principal Accountabilities
Assist with implementation, administration and maintenance of the automated contract lifecycle management system for all indirect sourcing contracts including:
● Drafts, reviews, analyzes, negotiates, processes and manages contracts and related documents to insure accuracy in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable.
● Review submitted contract requests, create vendor record, if necessary, create contract record
● Work closely with strategic sourcing category lead to facilitate internal approvals, signature collection and retention of all executed contracts and related documents by the Vendor Management Office
● Confirm executed contracts and contract details are accurately entered into the system
● Research and fulfill requests for contract history and/or copies.
●Maintains contract compliance system to manage contracts throughout the term of the contract, archives all resource documents, and completes reports for management and category leads. Tracks vendor contract compliance through-out the contract lifecycle and works with vendors and category leads to address any issues.
● Draft initial contracts, including, but not limited to: confidentiality, exhibits, master services, recruitment and staffing agreements as well as amendments thereto.
● Prepare reports of expiring contracts, etc. for review by sourcing category lead and department personnel in order to proactively obtain renewal or termination decisions.
● Assist with preparation of miscellaneous correspondence, documents and forms.
● Upload and organize documents into esignature system and contracts database.
