Job Requirements
- Ability to explain detailed technical topics and summarize business impacts
- Ability to collaborate on large scale projects across multiple teams
- Able to interface with customers, translating their needs into DigitalGlobe requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues across multiple complex systems and propose and implement new solutions to improve operations
- Experience with a multiple security enclave system
- Engineering Bachelors degree with relevant experience in satellite ground systems and/or operations
- 5+ years experience in operations and operations support preferred
- Experience with programming and scripting languages (ex. Ruby, perl, java) and LINUX and/or UNIX, proficiency highly desired
- Experience with relational databases and SQL experience highly desired
- Strong skills in undertstanding software design, development and troubleshooting
- Ability to apply for and hold a Secret National Security Clearance required
