Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce.com configuration and administration. This includes user and data security, declarative configuration, dashboards and reporting, and workflow.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Experience troubleshooting issues with Steelbrick or similar CPQ on the force.com platform
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Lightning Components) a plus
- Previous customer service, experience with SAP, Marketo, and webMethods would be beneficial
- Equivalent of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
