  • Job Summary 
  • The Go to Market Effectiveness Team at NetApp is looking for a seasoned entrepreneurial, innovative and energized individual with a “figure-it-out” personality to manage key Promotions, Incentives and Launches. As a member of our team, you will be a lead contributor on complex and multi-dimensional initiatives, encouraged to work independently with cross-functional departments to organize and manage key programs daily operations while tracking and reporting progress against targets and schedules. 
  • You will be involved with all elements and cross-functional teams that are affected by any complex program such as channel partner, sales, finance, legal, professional services, product operations, product management, and marketing. 
  • A strong experience in program and relationship management with experience in a complex organization in high-technology, dynamic environment, is crucial for the success of this role. 
  • This is a full-time position located in the US reporting to the Director of Go to Market Effectiveness – Product, Solution and Services Marketing.


  • Job Requirements: 
    • Be the central contact point person for key promotions, incentives, and launches. 
    • Oversee all aspects of the promotions, incentives, and launches, including objectives, quality of deliverables, budget management, and other project management activities such as the development of timelines, resource allocation, business analysis and reporting status against targets to stakeholders globally 
    • Communicate overall objectives, status and roadblocks to Director and stakeholders on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis (report content based on audience) with easy to digest data with call for action 
    • Define and document processes where required, including streamlining existing processes and recommending process improvements 
    • Drive automation of reports and workflows where needed to improve the efficiency of programs and teams 
    • Partner with GTME marketing manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of efforts and people 
    • Occasionally assist on writing marketing content when needed 
    • Demonstrate customer focus and end-to-end thinking across teams and experiences. Critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems

Education and Experience: 
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an individual contributor with experience in program/project management is required 
• Highly proficient on Excel, Word and PPT is required 
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills with the ability to write creative content on various communication vehicles as needed 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects 
• Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously 
• Great knowledge, and current use of Salesforce, Tableau and other sales-marketing tools a PLUS 
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and culturally diversified teams globally 
• A Bachelor of Arts of Sciences Degree required, or equivalent experience
