As the eCommerce Product Manager, you will partner with PMs, designers, engineers and others throughout the org to deliver an outstanding digital shopping experience for the Craftsy community. Our platform is young, and the ideal PM will find a great mix of quick, impactful wins to improve the experience alongside unique, differentiating opportunities to help people find the best materials for their next project.
Responsibilities
〈 Define the roadmap and communicate how it impacts user experience and Craftsy’s strategic and competitive position in ecommerce for makers.
〈 Lead cross-functional eCommerce team in discovery, design, implementation, and measurement of new product features.
〈 Deeply understand needs of our eCommerce team (buyers, merch coordinators, execs); integrate into product strategy and ensure prioritization is well-understood.
〈 Continuously monitor, A/B test, analyze and report on key metrics for ecommerce experience on site/apps at Craftsy.
〈 Initiate usability studies, research and market analysis to drive product insights into execution.
〈 2+ years of experience in eCommerce Product Management
〈 Deep understanding of UX, customer lifecycle and funnel optimization best practices
〈 Experience with Google Analytics or SQL
