We are currently seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial leader for this role. The Sr. Product Manager will balance the big-picture strategy with great attention to detail and passion for creating amazing web-based user experiences.

We are looking for someone with a deep knowledge of web or software focused product development that can bring leadership, vision, creativity, integrity, and hands-on, 'get-it-done' drive.

What we'll expect from you:
- Take complete ownership of the product. You're in the trenches every day, relentlessly focused on making it better.
- Work closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders, including customers, executives, engineers, marketing, sales & operations, and business intelligence.
- Coordinate and communicate a unified vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product.
- Create and closely track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the product; you should have a better understanding of how the product is performing it he market than anyone.
- Lead product development from inception to revenue creation, including:
* Market research; product formulation; internal and external business
* User experience design
* Marketing planning and execution
* Sales and support training, as appropriate
* Oversee multiple projects and direct reports simultaneously, monitor project status, troubleshoot obstacles, and provide outstanding communication and coaching.
- Continually monitor new customer needs and industry trends, develop new ideas, and test hypotheses.
- Regularly speak with our customers and act as their advocate; make smart decisions that balance considerations such as scope, opportunity, costs, risk, and user experience.

What we'll be seeking in your background:
- 7+ years' experience and demonstrated success in online product management (both desktop web and significant mobile web / mobile app experience).
- Demonstrated leadership experience: this includes both success at managing direct reports, facilitating their career growth, and also leading without formal reporting lines.
- Intellectual curiosity and business acumen at a strategic level; you quickly interpret and translate data into key learnings.
- Initiative and speed. A track record of taking ownership over projects and helping them succeed; you make solid judgments, have good intuition, and reach decisions quickly. You don't wait to ask for direction, but know when slowing down to create buy-in is critical.
- Positive attitude, even when the going gets tough.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- A high tolerance for ambiguity and demonstrated ability to achieve business results in a hyper-dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial, startup attitude, willing to take initiative and calculated risks.
- BA / BS required; an MBA or MS in technical field a plus.
