Sr. Pricing Manager

- Drive strategic pricing & packaging projects across our portfolio of products & services as we move from a single product to multi-product company
- Conduct deep financial & customer analysis to make data driven pricing & packaging decisions
- Work cross-functionally to ensure pricing & packaging changes are implemented within the product and rolled out across field teams

About You
You have 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Product Management. You have been part of a pricing practice for a consulting firm that has done software pricing or have been at a leading software/SaaS company at which you were focused on pricing. Specifically, you have experience with pricing research techniques like conjoint analysis, price band analysis, monadic price tests and customer interviews.
Customer Focused – You seek to “get out of the building”. You thrive in front of customers, partners, and analysts and use every external interaction to help inform your product decisions. You seek deep understanding of the market and are adept at identifying adjacent market opportunities.
Strategic – You are able to absorb multiple internal and external inputs and use that information to define product strategy and prioritize your projects. You are able to make difficult decisions based on data and analysis.
Git ‘er Done – You are comfortable sifting through piles of data, building data models, and spotting trends. You are able to focus on your most important projects and get them done on time, with high quality.
Cross Functional Leader - You communicate clearly and crisply. You can organize cross-functional teams to make difficult decisions and rally the Product delivery teams to implement pricing & packaging changes.
