We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a Java background. We are a growing team and are looking for someone who can take on a range of responsibilities related to software development. This is a great opportunity to come in early and help shape our decisions around development environments, technologies, processes and best practices… and at the same time help provide an amazing tool for people who suffer from behavioral health challenges!

Responsibilities:
• Build highly interactive, web and mobile, consumer facing applications.
• Work within an agile development process and help shape that process as we build our team out with efficiency and quality in mind.
• Continually explore technology trends and understand and communicate when, why, and how we should be adopting new technologies.
• Wear many hats and work on entire product stack.
• Passion for working at a growing company and helping shape product ideas that help people with behavioral health challenges

Required Qualifications:
• Experience and desire to work on both client-side and server-side code
• Expert level experience with relevant technologies that might include Java, Ruby, Go, etc.
• Expert knowledge of software design, architecture principles, and object-oriented programming
• Experience building APIs for internal or external applications including mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of MySQL or other RDBMS
• Experience writing unit tests and working knowledge of continuous integration environments.
• Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment with some ability to help configure/manage servers
• Working knowledge of source control and collaboration tools like GitHub
• Experience building consumer facing web and mobile applications a HUGE plus

Located in Denver, there is the option for occasional home office days from time to time.
