Position Summary
You must be a services-oriented individual able to communicate and relate to clients at all levels. You must enjoy managing projects, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. You must be detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver.
You must be enthusiastic and passionate about representing the client and their needs to internal stakeholders with the company’s goals in mind.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Plan, develop and manage client projects including scope, budget and delivery
- Set and manage client expectations to maintain health of the account
- Draft technical document for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements have been captured and understood appropriately
- Work with other internal departments, as needed, to ensure correct execution of client needs and requirements
- Act as frontline contact to clients for any troubleshooting situations
- Create case studies with clear analytics showing ROI
- Meet/Exceed expectations on client renewal rate
- Be an expert and personable resource for each client
- Track project hours for P&L purposes
- Contribute to user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in client services or account management
- Project management experience
- Social media expertise is a plus
- HTML and CSS skills ideal
- Technical documentation skills and aptitude
- Must be passionate and have pride in providing high quality service to clients
- Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task on a regular basis
- Travel as needed
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible work schedule
- Track-record of forging strong relationships with Fortune 1000 brands and digital agencies a plus
- Right attitude to appreciate and participate in a collaborative environment
