You're responsible for building a pipeline of world-class instructor talent with experience working in software engineering or data science roles. As our Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for a mission-critical component of our growing team, one that is fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative. Join us in building the future of education.
AS A SOURCING SPECIALIST YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute on a comprehensive strategy to hire world-class technology educators.
- Institute a company-wide referral program that generates warm leads.
- Implement creative sourcing techniques to independently identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Provide performance metrics and data to identify areas of improvement in the recruiting process. After a few months on the job, you should be able to make data-driven process improvement suggestions.
- Act as first point of contact for passive candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience.
- Proven track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional candidates, with references.
- Demonstrated experience using creative sourcing techniques to identify niche skill sets.
- Creative self starter. Proactive and works best with minimal direction.
- Strong relationship management skills. Comfortable challenging hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from a leading institution.
