What you'll do:

Billtrust is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to join our Business Development team to drive growth for our new Virtual Card Capture (VCC) offering. You will work alongside sales executives to secure new VCC business, while uncovering new opportunities independently and through partners. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to create demand, move deals through the sales cycle, and serve as a product expert within our organization, among the Billtrust client base, and to external groups.

 

  • Grow sales for a new B2B payment product pertaining to credit card processing & acceptance
  • Manage a team-wide pipeline and increase the close ration of opportunities related to Billtrust’s Virtual Card Capture offering
  • Lead presentations, live and via webinar, to existing clients and prospects on the VCC solution
  • Create and prepare configured software demonstrations that surprise and delight our prospects
  • Analyze merchant statements and client reports to aid in the preparation of pricing and proposals
  • Prepare presentations and lead sales calls to advance the stage of opportunities in the pipeline
  • Respond to client and prospect inquiries related to VCC in a rapid manner by communicating effectively with team members and partners
  • Help new clients successfully navigate the merchant application, underwriting, and onboarding process with a focus on collecting signed contracts
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions – 5+ years of relevant experience in growing and closing pipeline
  • Demonstrated success in selling B2B payments, Accounts Receivables (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) solutions; Prior experienced in selling commercial card strategy or supplier enablement solutions highly preferred
  • Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based solutions
  • An organized, self-starter who can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to maximize performance and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce or other relevant CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Location

Our Denver office is located just east of downtown, several miles from Denver Intl Airport. Our Boulder office is on Arapahoe Ave by Boulder Creek.
