We are seeking a Software Test Engineer to work closely with a leading edge robotics team developing a state-of-the-art computer vision-based autonomy stack. You will be closely integrated with the research and development of an advanced robotic system, creating both regression and integration test harnesses and managing updates for a distributed network of deployed autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualification criteria and testing plans.
• Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test suites in C++ for validation and verification of our robotic autonomy stack.
• Ensure that new and existing product upgrades are tested and validated prior to their release.
• Create tools to automate operations support.
• Document and communicate test results and establish feedback loops with development teams.
• Execute in-field tests (opportunity to travel to interesting customers).
• Develop of deployment pipelines and release management systems.

Required Skills

• Experience with verification and validation.
• Prior experience with large C++ codebases.
• Strong Linux background with proficiency in scripting and automation. You must be comfortable using it as your primary environment.
• Experience with Puppet, Ansible, etc.
