About You:

If you can sell ice to an eskimo, you're good, but not good enough, we are looking for great. We have 31,000 leads in our system right now just waiting to be sold. The next salesperson that we bring on will:

1. Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (NO exceptions)

2. Set meetings like a maniac and close like a door

3. Have experience cold calling and talking to new people

4. Never make excuses and take full responsibility for your own success

5. Be driven, ambitious, blah, blah, blah (the usual)

6. Know your way around Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

7. Be outgoing and love working with a team

8. Be able to work hard and play even harder

9. Be a ping pong master (not required but encouraged)

Compensation:

This is a base + commission + ridiculous bonus + equity position. You will make between $33,552 and $162,384 your first year here, depending on how hard you work and how well you can sell. The bottom line is the more you sell, the more money you make the company, and the more we are willing to pay you to keep it going. If you don’t think you are good enough to make six figures your first year, then don’t apply. We want rockstars, not amateurs.
