What will your responsibilities look like?
  • Technical
    • Site & page architecture
    • Link structure management & monitoring
    • Redirect strategy & system response codes
    • XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools
  • Analytics
    • Leveraging GA, MOZ  and internal data sets for required strategy inputs
    • Conducting performance investigations & troubleshooting site issues that translate into actionable site fixes
    • Define & execute weekly & monthly reporting that effectively communicates channel performance
  • Content strategy
    • Keyword research & monitoring
    • Onsite content strategy
    • Offsite distribution strategy & cultivation
    • Inbound link development strategies
  • Cross functional training / advisory role - serving as the SEO SME across objective-based teams and content creation teams
  • Conversion optimization - collaborating with blog content & product resources to run SEO experiments
  • Planning - creating roadmap and managing prioritization of initiatives supporting organic traffic growth and engagement
What does your background likely look like?
  • 7+ years’ SEO-specific experience with enterprise-level (sites with 1M+ pages)  SEO program development and execution; eCommerce a plus
  • Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets
  • Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong working knowledge of Google & Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, must be able to develop reports that communicate SEO KPI's and channel performance
  • Competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • High level of proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics (traffic sources and performance, site interaction / engagement) and MOZ (keyword ranking, competitive view, inbound links, site audit issues, domain / page authority trending); experience building internal tools leveraging APIs a plus
