What You'll be Working On
You, as a Senior
Technical Help-Desk / Developer will in a support-level
position working with the back-end systems (databases, server environment and
code) of the fusesport product. The role includes development, quality
assurance and technical helpdesk responsibilities. The role works closely with
more senior developers as part of an agile software development team.

You will be a member
of the Fusesport Global Operations team with a close alignment to the Global
Development team. An initial focus on being the pivot between customers, our channel
managers and our developers to keep our software services at their enviable up-time
level. This is a new position working in the customer success team and with the
opportunity in the medium term to grow into management positioning as we build
out our Global support center.



As a Senior
Technical Help-Desk manager, you will work to continuously improve the
performance and effectiveness of our software tools and services.

Skills/Requirements

  •         Desirable: multi-lingual
  •         Highly desirable: experience bridging technical, product and business teams
  •         Highly desirable: understanding of how technology may be applied in a sport, recreation and event environment
  •        Highly desirable: knowledge and experience in the successful technical support of a diverse and high needs customer base
  •        Fast learner. Able to learn the basics of a new technology in days and have basic build competency within weeks
  •       Ability to bridge technical and business teams and “speak their language
  •       Detail minded
  •       3 years of working in IT and/or software development
Work experience and skills

Working knowledge and/or exposure to a range of the technologies listed in the table below:




  • HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL

  • Classic ASP, Python/Django, React, Angular

  • React Native, iOS native, Android native
