As a Senior QA Analyst you will be working on our Core Engineering team to ensure quality testing throughout our products. We expect you to have good technical skills and the ability to rapidly understand complex new systems. We also want you to feel comfortable spending as much time as possible inside the apps reviewing every aspect of the features and functionality to ensure the product ships with the highest level of quality for the customer.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience software testing
- Review and refine testing procedures and guidelines
- Experience creating test cases, executing test runs, contributing to test plans
- Advise product teams’ resourcing schedule before release
- Ability to lead and mentor junior QA analysts
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to assist with outsource QA resources
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong bug-writing and investigational abilities as well as be a born problem solver
- Ability to work in a cross-discipline environment with a desire to work closely with designers, artists and engineers to verify their systems work properly in a variety of mobile platforms including but not limited to iOS and Android.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience testing connected products
- Desire to enhance productivity through documentation and process development
- Previous experience working on a shipped mobile titles
- Experience testing firmware, control systems, electrical / mechanical toys
