As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the art and science of multiple important programs and projects from inception to delivery. That means you enjoy working with cross-functional teams, are a strong communicator, critical thinker, and have excellent knowledge and experience in program & project best practices, techniques, and tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will work with cross-functional teams, third party partners and customers to align strategy, objectives, formulate project plans, and successfully deliver high-quality value
  • You will take the lead on one or more key initiatives in the company by  building, developing, and maintaining highly collaborative, communicative and effective working relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, managing dependencies, ensuring transparency and alignment between teams
  • You will develop detailed plans for complex programs involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, portfolio and program management
  • You will anticipate and communicate risks – assess, mitigate, and pro-actively manage quickly
  • You will provide the teams with program & project best practices, techniques, and tools for planning, execution, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics.     
  • You will identify, coach and facilitate opportunities for process improvement.
Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years technical project/program management experience
  • Solid program/ project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, risk management, and prioritization
  • Top Notch communication, interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with traditional and Agile management practices, including experience with Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management
  • PMP, SCRUM preferred but not necessary
Characteristics & Behaviors:
  • Strategic thinker and leader with strong relationship management skills with experience guiding teams to successfully deliver on multiple projects & programs simultaneously
  • Ability to keep the big picture in focus while diving into the daily challenges facing each team including value, process, progress, and results
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, detail-driven and obsessed about making the customers (internal or external) thrilled with the products that your teams build. Always think about how you can wow the customer
  • Quick learner who can adapt easily in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
  • Ability to apply independent judgement to identify problems and create solutions
  • Ability to adapt to and deal with ambiguous situation, driving towards clarity and value
