POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Program Analyst (SPA) will be responsible for assisting with all Data Loss Prevention policy governance tasks required for InteliSecure’s Managed Services clients.  Additionally SPAs will assist CSMs with building monthly and ad hoc reports and support client calls.

Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the firm’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).  This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that InteliSecure is constantly improving upon the organization’s ISMS.  Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of client data.

 DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting with all Data Loss Prevention policy governance tasks required for InteliSecure’s Managed Services clients.  They will be required to follow the necessary ticketing workflows with the Client Service Managers.
  • The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Client Service Managers with completing monthly and ad hoc reports for InteliSecure’s Managed Services clients.
  • The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for managing and providing feedback on the policy recommendations submitted to them by the Loss Response Analysts.  They will also be responsible for ensuring these recommendations get presented to the Client Service Managers so that the information can be briefed to the appropriate client and the work can be tracked via the approved ticketing workflows.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in information security, digital forensics, intelligence, risk management, or similar field
  • 1-2 years’ as high performing Data Investigator
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or other applicable degree  
  • Demonstrated understanding of products and business environments aligned to supported clients 
  • Expertise in managing InteliSecure ticketing system and supported workflows for all QMS SLA requirements 
  • Understanding of and proficiency in planning and managing multiple tasks 
  • Proven and exceptional talent with MS Office
  • Considered Subject Matter Expert (SME) against supported product
  • Ability to analyze data sets and uncover unique attributes and trends
  • Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Passion to find innovative and creative solutions to complex problems
    • Ability to work effectively with team members and with clients
    • Self-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Consultative skills and strong judgment
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to a variety of audiences
    • Strong time management skills

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

  • Experience with various Data Loss Prevention systems
  • Experience working with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems
  • Analyzing data and deriving business intelligence
    • Performing computer or cyber forensics and investigations
    • Security+, ITIL, ISO 20/27k, CFE, and related certifications
