Senior Product Manager - Growth
Ibotta is the fastest-growing consumer tech company in Colorado and one of the five most frequently used mobile shopping apps in the United States. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth to lead the growth of our user base to tens of millions of users. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and expand Ibotta’s growth capabilities by working cross-functionally with our world-class Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
What you will be doing:
- Lead Ibotta’s growth strategy across both web and mobile
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to grow our active user base, inspiring your peers to do everything possible to drive accelerated user growth
- Own the product roadmap for growth-related initiatives and ensure their timely delivery
- Be responsible for the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New User Activation Rate
- Viral Coefficient (K-Factor)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Ensure robust tracking infrastructure is in place to effectively measure these KPIs, as well as the overall health of Ibotta’s user acquisition funnel across our CPG, Retail, and MCom verticals
- Manage any 3rd party tools required to support the success of Ibotta’s growth plans
What we are looking for:
- At least 3-5 years of product management experience at fast-growing tech companies and/or management consulting experience at a top-tier firm
- Experience driving growth initiatives that require deep data analysis - DAU/MAU/CAC/LTV are all metrics you understand and measure on a daily basis
- Comfort navigating product challenges in a high growth environment, while working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture
- Excellent quantitative skills, with ability to run A/B tests, manipulate data, conduct analysis, and draw meaningful insights to guide decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering strategic presentations to senior executives
- BA/BS from a leading undergraduate institution in CS/Engineering or Economics/Physics/Math
- MBA and/or graduate degree from a top program in a similarly relevant field is a plus
