Closetbox (www.closetbox.com), the largest and fastest growing full-service storage and technology company, is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Manager to help us exceed our growth goal of 3x in 2018. We've grown 15x since inception and are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience that is ready to take a big step forward in his/her career.

We are seeking an exceptional, experienced, performance-based data-driven marketer who will architect, manage and optimize our social marketing, paid search marketing, display advertising. This person will be responsible for working with internal marketing professionals, data scientists, external contractors and across functional groups to test, analyze, understand and monitor the most relevant, performance-based metrics to optimize the performance of our digital marketing programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive customer growth through a variety of primarily digital marketing channels (SEM, programmatic display, paid social, and affiliate platforms).

  • Manage vendors and lead efforts to ensure visible local SEO presence across our 78 U.S. Markets.

  • Maximize conversion volume at ROI targets.

  • Concept, plan, deploy and manage campaigns and outside vendors in a systematic fashion.

  • Ensure ad creative, landing pages, messaging and sales follow up are cohesive across the funnel.

  • Employ rigorous testing, insights generation, closed-loop measurement, and on-going campaign evaluations. Track performance from impression all the way through lifetime revenue generated by the customer campaigns created.

  • Test, experiment and design executed in a manner to quickly identify and invest in top performers, eliminate under performers, and make campaign adjustments with high confidence and shortest time possible.

  • Evaluate campaign performance with statistical rigor. Employ appropriate attribution methods for various tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience leading and implementing digital marketing programs

  • Deep experience building and managing paid search campaigns.

  • Deep experience with local SEO

  • Experience managing conversion funnel across multiple marketing channels

  • Demonstrate a proven track record creating, implementing, testing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns

  • B2C or lifestyle marketing experience

  • Experience working in either a startup and/or fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
