Guild is looking for a Senior Manager of Academic Partner Operations who will help transform the operations of our University and Academic Partnership team. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the inner workings of Guild in order to develop processes and solutions that will enable us to scale, reach and engage more students as we work to fulfill our mission to empower working adults and frontline employees as they pursue educational opportunities.

As our Senior Manager of Academic Partner Operations, you will:

  • Support the addition of new partnerships into the Guild consortium by building launch playbooks and leading project management activities
  • Rollout new programs with existing partners including courses, tracks and bundles in partnership with cross-functional Guild team members
  • Track, analyze and improve the success of partner offerings and processes, developing new solutions when necessary to support students
  • Oversee university billing and financial operations in partnership with Guild’s finance team
  • Manage operational relationships and operations with non-university academic partners
  • Manage day-to-day student operations of University & Academic partnerships by reviewing and communicating the status and opportunities within the student funnel for each partner, facilitating training on programs to Admissions and Student Success teams and monitoring the data exchange to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • An understanding of diverse project management principles, processes, methodologies and tools paired with an ability to critically evaluate and implement the right options for each project
  • Expertise in the use of Salesforce to improve funnel conversion, set goals and support team performance
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects at the same time
  • Experience using analytical approaches to develop, measure and evolve processes
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively while under pressure - balancing confidence, humility and diplomacy internally and externally
  • An understanding of the higher education and benefits landscape
