Senior Director of Business Development, M-commerce

We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Director of Business Development - M-commerce to help us build a brand new vertical in the mobile and app marketing space,
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with senior level contacts at key clients to drive incremental value to both parties
- Meet/exceed annual revenue targets through the development, advancement, and cultivation of client partnerships
- Lead a team of account managers and account associates working collectively to drive mCommerce success
- Work with clients and internal contacts from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for launch, ongoing client satisfaction, and upselling into key marketing windows
- Listen to clients (existing and potential) and identify opportunities to grow and enhance the business
- Take ownership of multiple account management projects and implement solutions to ensure campaign success. Prioritize to maximize time spent on largest opportunities
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure client campaigns are executed flawlessly and partnerships are flourishing
- Grow, maintain and leverage your network. Attend conferences, trade shows and industry events to build relationships and maintain expertise on our industry. Evangelize Ibotta through speaking engagements
- Ensure that business development tactics align with the values, goals, and resources of the business. Work with leadership to establish appropriate targets
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant Business Development and/or Account Management experience. Performance marketing, consumer app industry or affiliate experience preferred
- Master at juggling multiple projects at once
- Proven ability to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns and share best practices to maximize results
- Brilliant communication skills, both written and oral. Proven ability to lead conversations with high-level leadership at top tier brands
- Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness and ability to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills: innate compulsion to measure the results of your work
