Join Craftsy’s Brand Marketing team as our Senior Copywriter, and craft the voice that will inspire our members to make projects they never dreamed they could create. Plus, lead an awesome, growing team of copywriters, and collaborate with our design and marketing teams to produce engaging, impactful work. 
 
As a Senior Copywriter, you will:
  • Own, develop and refine a brand voice that will be loved by our members for years to come
  • Work with the copywriting team to bring our brand's voice to life across a variety of digital and physical channels
  • Continuously improve copy results by analyzing data and consumer insights
  • Proactively improve copy processes by working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
  • Manage, inspire and lead the future of a growing team of copywriters
Your background and experience will likely include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • 4 or more years of building a successful brand voice
  • Experience leading a team of copywriters and working collaboratively designers
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to translate business objectives into copy
  • Ability to effectively execute against multiple simultaneous activities and campaigns
  • Ability to innovate by identifying patterns and drawing insights
  • Ability to adapt to last minute changes and a growing, fast-paced organization
