We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Manager and Producer who can help us expand our library of evidence-based, self-help resources for our web and mobile applications. This position is located in Denver, CO.

myStrength is transforming how behavioral healthcare is provided by developing solutions which bring together the best of human support with digital capabilities in a unique way. myStrength is developing innovative, evidence-based tools and applications for depression, anxiety, substance abuse and many other behavioral health challenges. These web and mobile resources are highly personalized and engage the whole person (mind, body, spirit) in a way that is hopeful, upbeat and fun.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Manager and Producer who can help us expand our library of evidence-based, self-help resources for our web and mobile applications. This role requires a creative mind that can pair great writing with intriguing visual and audio assets to create engaging activities for our members. You will team up with our clinical and product teams to identify opportunities that meet the needs of our partners and users. This is a great opportunity to help provide an amazing toolset for people who suffer from mental health challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help grow our content library of self-help resources for people struggling with behavioral health issues like anxiety, stress, and depression.
  • Work with our clinical team to transform documented clinical ideas into fun and engaging activities.
  • Curate and produce photo, audio and video assets that can help communicate concepts in an easier way.
  • Help manage 3rd party vendors (animators/illustrators, voice resources, film teams, clinical advisors, etc.) that will help add expertise where needed.
  • Analyze data and gather feedback from users and clinicians to help drive content strategy decisions.
  • Work with the product and development teams to help expand our content authoring capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience working in an online content management role or equivalent.
  • Proficient in online publishing including photo editing and audio and video production and editing.
  • Possess excellent writing skills with an ability to understand and appeal to different audiences.
  • Comfort with analyzing data and measuring impact.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to fill multiple roles and adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Background working in a clinical setting or a passion for mental health is a bonus.
  • Must be able to share a sample piece of work that shows off your creativity!
