The primary focus for this position will be technical leadership and management, mentoring, enterprise architecture, engagement management, application design, project guidance, business development, and application development in the various areas of Microsoft related technologies.

Reports to: Microsoft Solutions Practice Leader

Travel: Up to 25%

The successful candidate will join Credera’s Management Team and be responsible for assisting with overall practice strategy and growth as well as execution of client engagements including gathering requirements, application design, business and technical leadership, project leadership, database design, software development, testing, and implementation. Engagements range from 100% custom application development to Enterprise Portal design and implementation (i.e., SharePoint), cloud solutions (i.e., Azure, Office 365, Intune), eCommerce (i.e., B2B and B2C), MS Dynamics CRM design and implementation, mobile solutions, Enterprise Application Integration/SOA (e.g., BizTalk, WCF, etc.), and more. 

Applicants must be strong leaders with a deep background in a Microsoft centric development environment including: Visual Studio.net, ASP.net, C#, VB.net, MVC, MS SQL Server, and be at least familiar with one or more of Microsoft’s platform technologies such as SharePoint, BizTalk, Azure, CRM, etc. Applicants must have excellent communication and organization skills, object oriented development skills, documentation skills, self-motivation, project leadership expertise, and maintain outstanding professionalism. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in the area of MIS, CIS, or Computer Science
  • 7-10 years minimum application development experience in a professional environment
  • 2-5 years minimum project management and/or technical leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Database and Object Oriented Design skills

Additional Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous consulting experience
  • Experience with JQuery, XML, XSL, ETL, Web Services, and SOA
  • Experience with MS SharePoint, Azure, CRM, Commerce Server, or BizTalk
  • Experience with Agile, Unified Modeling Language, Rational Methodology, or MCSD
