We are looking for (Senior) Account Managers who are passionate about successfully onboarding customers and growing existing accounts.

What You Will Do

You will make sure all new enterprise customers are successfully onboarded.

You will build account plans to grow the accounts with the biggest level of opportunity.

In addition, you will:

  • Take ownership of your retention and growth goals
  • Reach out regularly to all accounts in your portfolio
  • Strategize around processes needed to be more outbound and proactive


Who You Are

You are a consultative, service-oriented sales person who can both help customers navigate their tool and speak to the value propositions.

You are proactive and organized.

You are technically inclined. Helping to guide customers through a technical product doesn’t scare you off.

Also, you have:

  • SaaS industry experience, including ample time focused on account growth (up-selling, cross-selling, etc.)
  • The ability to create plans quickly based on a goal
  • Fluidity and can adapt to change
