Security Sales Representative
We seek a Security Sales Consultant to join the One World Labs team. The Security Sales Consultant is a senior sales position driven to a common goal. This position carries a monthly quota and quarterly achievement is a key measure of success. The position has a base salary, plus an uncapped commission plan. The ideal Sales Consultant will proactively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within an organization, including “C” levels.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling One World Labs security assessment and remediation solutions, products, and services to larger accounts.
- Prospect, forecast, and drive new business opportunities in your account territory
- Manage, drive and close sales opportunities through strategic selling.
- Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, Internet and webinars.
- Learn and understand the IT security and IT operations management model for these accounts, and create offerings and solutions to meet corporate goals.
- Solidify existing customer accounts and leverage One World Labs relationships to more strategic positions within all accounts.
- Must be able to sell solutions to both existing accounts and new accounts.
- Manage multiple sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of partners within these same accounts.
- Match One World Labs’ solutions to customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Must exhibit general management style of sale while running a coordinated campaign within all entities of One World Labs.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in technical services industry with at least 3-5 years in a selling role to Fortune 2000 accounts.
- Experience selling in both a direct and an indirect or Channel driven model.
- Experience leading a team of professionals in sales campaigns that include sales executives, technical resources, company executives, etc.
- Prefer experience in selling to both IT Operations and IT Security/Audit.
- Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment.
- General management experience is a plus.

- Proven track record of quota over-achievement.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language.
Education/Experience
- BA/BS degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related technical industry with at least 3 to 5 years in a selling role to Fortune 2000 accounts
