Adtaxi is searching for a Search Team Lead to assist the Director in managing the search team, as well as supporting our partnerships with Google & Bing. The Team Lead will focus on support of the SEM campaign management team via enhanced training, process improvements, and rigorous health checks, as well as support with day-to-day troubleshooting as required.
The ideal candidate for this position is an expert in search engine marketing, has demonstrated exemplary customer service skills, and has a track record of leadership on their team. The ability to think out of the box to resolve day-to-day and strategic challenges is a must.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Increase campaign performance and Google QBR rankings through training, health check initiatives and process management.
- Ensure that all of our campaigns are following Google & Bing best practices.
- Responsible for employee training, creating new training materials and maintaining the resources Wiki.
- Communicate the success of our campaigns to sales and clients through case studies and beta test findings.
- Assist the Director with quarterly employee reviews.
- Assist the Director with AdWords & Bing reporting.
- Assist the Director in managing vendor relationships.
- Assist the development team in managing and developing our proprietary search tools.
- Manage a select list of campaigns on an as-needed basis.
AdWords and Analytics certified
Minimum 2-3 years experience managing campaigns using Google AdWords and Bing
Demonstrated leadership experience
Comfortable with Excel (v-lookups and pivot table experience a must)
Ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
Excellent communication skills, and capable of working across teams and departments
Prior experience with PPC and SEO management platforms
Agency experience or experience working with multiple direct response advertiser accounts
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
