SALESFORCE SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT
Altvia is looking for a Salesforce.com subject matter expert to join our growing organization. The Salesforce.com Solutions Consultant will have an immediate and important impact with a company leveraging the force.com platform far beyond basic CRM.
This role provides a unique opportunity to leverage your Salesforce.com skills; working directly with clients to implement Saleforce.com based solutions and acting as the key liaison with our Product Management team to inform how the Force.com platform can be leveraged in our portfolio of products.
As one of the Salesforce.com subject matter experts on our Customer Solutions team, you will perform a variety of responsibilities that help our organization develop best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts. We are looking for someone who will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems in an agile environment. You are a self-starter, able to perform a variety of responsibilities, and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Our primary product offerings include pipeline management, portfolio tracking, investor correspondence, and secure sharing of documents with external parties.
What you’ll do:
Be a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com platform. Develop, document and implement best practices for customer facing solutions
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Altvia solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Bring a deep understanding of our products to every customer interaction to encourage customer retention and growth
Provide support that goes beyond break/fix. Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to educate customers and engage them with our products
Lead customer training
Collaborate internally with Customer Success, Product, Sales to ensure the customer voice is heard throughout the organization
Contribute to internal initiatives that improve process and organizational effectiveness
Manage incoming cases using Salesforce.com
Manage projects in coordination with other consultant (s) on your team
Some travel is required (1-4 times per quarter depending on client needs and sales cycle)
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, account management, project management technical customer support etc.
Bachelor’s degree required
A unique combination of strong technical acumen and a motivation to provide exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication and technical skills (advanced Excel, salesforce.com, relational databases, etc.)
An ambitious attitude and a desire for continuous improvement
Salesforce.com administration experience
Bonus points for:
An understanding of Private Equity / Alternative Asset Management
Advanced technical skills; familiarity with SQL, VBA and an understanding of RDBMS, javascript
