Salesforce Administrator

Assist in administration of SalesForce.com (SFDC). Partner with sales team to develop best in class CRM processes for usability, adoption, overall application effectiveness & management reporting.
Associate Salesforce Administrator position responsibilities include:
• Focusing on improved data integrity and user experience
• Manage Salesforce.com help desk cases for internal users
• Partner with Training team to identify potential training needs of sales and sales support teams
• Manage user creation, profile and access privileges for new users
• Manage changes to territory/account/opportunity assignment for sales teams at the direction of sales leadership as needed
• Partner with Business Operations team to ensure the appropriate reflection of the company’s customer segments in Salesforce
• Work with management from Sales, Marketing and Product Management to develop and improve management reports and dashboards
• Partner with Marketing to ensure continual improvement of the accuracy of list data for leads, contacts, accounts and seamless integration between SalesForce.com and Marketo
• Support strategic initiatives with requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation
• Provide regular data loads between Oracle and Salesforce
• Partner with IT on automation opportunities to eliminate manual data loads between systems
• Possess a solid understanding of data imports/exports in Salesforce.com.
• Maintain data integrity using automated tools (DemandTools)
• Perform other Salesforce.com support duties on an as-needed basis.

• At least 3 years of experience with SalesForce.com administration
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to interact with internal clients, assess business challenges and collaboratively define solutions to address key business problems.
• Self-motivated individual who can work with limited direction, while keeping key constituents apprised of project status
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Strong PC and business software application skills, including Microsoft office suite and SalesForce.com. Oracle a plus
