We are seeking dedicated, high caliber professionals who are smart and energetic, have a positive attitude and take pride in their work.  Currently, we have an opening for a Salesforce Administrator.  The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the Workflow & Core Systems team charged with a) helping Wiland make the most of its Salesforce instance, developing and improving what we have today, as well as b) working on new projects and initiatives to help us develop and take better advantage of Salesforce as we grow. 


  1. General Tasks:  These include acting as an immediate contact for internals users, providing on-call support for the Salesforce database and configuration changes.
  2. System Administration/Development: Design, document, build, test, debug and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects. Develop and help manage large Salesforce projects.
  3. Release Management: Understand Wiland standard system change management/governance processes, and help manage those processes for Salesforce implementations.
  4. Training / Documentation:  Help train Users on using the Salesforce instance with standards and best practices in mind.  Create and help maintain documentation on processes, application configuration and training materials.

 

 

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.  Must be able to produce college transcripts showing a minimum of 3.0 GPA, if applicable.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification (ADM 201) required
  • Salesforce.com Developer certification preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience configuring and customizing Salesforce or similar CRM / third party required.  Experience with Salesforce API’s preferred.
  • Experience with both Salesforce Sales Console & Service Cloud Console, highly desired.  Experience transitioning an organization from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightening would be a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience with PeopleImport, DemandTools, DupeBlocker, Cirrus Insight, RingDNA, Hubspot, and other Salesforce Applications is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce schema or other relational databases, preferably with some SOQL experience.
  • Ability to travel to conferences, Salesforce training is expected.
  • Experience with Process Builder and Visual Flow required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
