 This position will be responsible for managing and enhancing Galvanize’s Salesforce implementation. The right candidate should have a deep technical experience in all the capabilities and functionalities of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of driving best practices and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Own, develop, and execute the day-day configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance and overall improvement of Galvanize’s Salesforce instance
    • Administration of the Salesforce environment; including customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, and reports.
    • Participate in all phases of new implementations including planning, design of the application, configuration, development and coding of custom objects, fields and integration points.
    • Works cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Enrollment, Faculty, Student Outcomes, Operations) to ensure that Salesforce supports business requirements
ABOUT YOU:
    • 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator and developer 
    • Experience with technologies integral to Salesforce including: JavaScript, SOAP, REST, JSON, Apex, SOQL
    • Experience with use of the Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with other tools, software, and databases (Especially Pardot).
    • Extensive experience in designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements
    • Strong business analysis, testing, documentation and problem solving skills.
    • Experience with gathering, verifying, validating and documenting requirements
